Class Payment options:

  1. Individual payment is due in person upon completion of the class.
    • Cash preferred
    • Checks accepted
      • Make checks payable to ACME, LLC.
      • Returned checks can incur a $50 fee.
      • If you are aware of your check bouncing, please contact Lou Ann ASAP to prevent $50 charge!

  2. If your employer is paying or you want to set up payment for your employees (or arrange other payment options)…
  3. Credit card & PayPal
    • Can be accepted for bulk class payments of $1000 or more
    • 8% service charge will be added to total price

Class starts at 6PM

  • Fill the form out with the name as it should appear on your cards
    • Your name on your AHA cards should be the same as your professional license/certification
  • AHA has moved exclusively to e-cards which will be e-mailed to you at the email address you enter below
    • We strongly recommend using a personal email address as opposed to your work email address
